Cape Aloe Compound - colon support
Colon cleansing is an important part of detox. Generallly, we recommend our Cascara Compound Capsules or Drops to help colon cleansing; however, some find they prefer Cape Aloe Compound - at least to start with. Begin using Cape Aloe Compound at a low level - perhaps 1 Capsule per day, with your main meal, and build up.
Swap to the more wholistic Cascara Compound Capsules or Drops when you can. The total course will probably be 6-9 months or more. Always aim to maintain your natural frequency of 2-3 bowel movements daily.
